If you wish to change your Direct Debit details, you'll need to cancel your current mandate through your banking app or directly with your bank and then set up a new one through your Frasers Plus app.
To set up a payment on direct debit, select the wallet icon on your app.
After choosing the wallet select ‘Set up Direct Debit’
You'll now need to follow the on-screen prompts within the portal. This will include confirming the bank account you want to make your payments from each month, and your personal details.
Please note you will need to set up your direct debit at least 5 working days before your next bill date for us to attempt to take your payment in time.
