If you have recently moved, we will need your new address details and the date you moved in
We will require one of the following to update any name changes:
- A Deed Poll
- Marriage certificate
- Decree Absolute
- Photo ID (Passport, Photocard License)
All change requests must be sent while you are in the app or by Submitting a request.
