The first thing to check would be your app. Open Frasers Plus and scroll down the page, checking for recent payments. If there's none showing, open 'See previous month' to see if it's been logged there against your previous bill.
If it's not, check if you've used the correct details for your payment. These can be found in the Manual Bank transfer option within the wallet icon on your app.
