We are sorry that you no longer want your Frasers Plus account, if there is a particular problem which you would like to discuss please ensure you add this to your closure request, or you can contact us separately.
To request an account closure
- Select the person icon (bottom-right corner).
- Under ‘Account’ select ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Close my account’ at the bottom of the screen
- Select the reason for closure and add any feedback you would like to provide.
One of our support team will be in touch if there are any actions needed to finalise the closure, such as an outstanding balance or query.
