You need to convert your points to a Reward and you can do that 35 days after you’ve earned the points:
- Head over to the Frasers Plus app and sign in
- Tap the gift box icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select the value of points from your points balance that you want to convert and remember you need at least 500 points to convert to a Reward.
- Tap the ‘convert’ button
The Reward will be added to your Reward balance. When you're ready, here's how you can spend your reward balance.
