You need to convert your points to a Reward in the Frasers Plus app. You can convert your points after 35 days. Once you’ve earned the points:
- Head over to the Frasers Plus app and sign in
- Tap the gift box icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select the value of points from your points balance that you want to convert and remember you need at least 500 points to convert to a Reward.
- Tap the ‘convert’ button
The Reward will be added to your Reward balance. When you're ready, here's how you can spend your reward balance.
Any problems, submit a request and we'll be right on it!
Remember: Any points you earn from your purchases or promotional offers will first show as Pending points on your Frasers Plus account. They’ll be added to your Points after 35 days. Once you have at least 500 points, you can then Convert points to Redeem your rewards in-store or online.
