What can't I purchase with Frasers Plus?
There are certain things you won’t be able to purchase with Frasers Plus as listed below. You’ll be advised when trying to purchase them that they are not available.

Cash Alternatives
Such as: Gift cards, e-gift vouchers, open loop cards or reloadable debit cards cannot be purchased or bought with Frasers Plus. -
Pre-Order Items
Items available for pre-order cannot be purchased using Frasers Plus. -
Concessions
These include independent stands and counters in stores which are not owned and operated by Frasers Group or our retail partners, such as certain beauty stands that pop-up, or independent café services in stores. -
Restricted Products
As we add more places to shop, specific products or services may be available at retailers that we partner with that will not be available to purchase with Frasers Plus, such as pharmacy products or digital downloads. Products are reviewed regularly, and on the rare occasion this happens we’ll let you know if you can’t purchase anything beforehand. -
Other Finance products
Other financial products, such as insurances or warranties cannot be paid for with Frasers Plus.
Some items are available to purchase with Frasers Plus, however, there may be additional restrictions if you’re looking to use Frasers Plus loyalty rewards. These restrictions can be found in the Are there any restrictions on what I can buy with my Rewards? section of our FAQ’s.
