If you wish to change your Direct Debit details, such as your bank account and sort code, you'll need to cancel your current mandate through your banking app or directly with your bank and then set up a new one through your Frasers Plus app. You will need to have the Frasers Plus app downloaded to setup a Direct Debit.
To set up a payment on direct debit, select the wallet icon on your app.

After choosing the payment icon select ‘Set up Direct Debit’
You'll now need to follow the on-screen prompts. This will include confirming the bank account you want to make your payments from each month, and your personal details.
Please note you will need to set up your direct debit at least five working days before your next bill date for us to attempt to take your payment in time.
If, for example, you’ve made a payment four working days before your due date and this has led to you making a payment twice, you have two options:
- You can get in touch with your bank to refund the Direct Debit via charge back. This can be done by your bank usually the same day.
- You can contact us to refund the early payment. This usually takes up to 48 hours.
Can I change my Direct Debit payment date?
Not right now unfortunately. Your direct debit payment date will always be the same date each month; or a day or two after if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday.
