To reset your passcode, follow these steps.

You'll need to select 'I forgot my passcode', shown below:
- Enter the email address you have registered with your account. This is the email address that you receive emails from us on.
- Select ‘Send’ to receive a passcode reset email.
- Open the email and select your unique link for a passcode reset.
- Then add a new passcode and use it to access your Frasers Plus account again.
If you don't receive an email, please check the junk inbox or wait for 10 minutes before asking for another email by pressing the ‘Send’ button again. If you still don’t receive the email or something isn't right, submit a request and our Support team will be happy to help.
