You'll need a mobile device or access to a computer in order to apply. Whilst not everyone needs the app to apply, we may request you download it if:
- You intend to shop in-store.
- You need to answer additional questions as the credit limit from your eligibility check won’t cover the cost of your purchase or as an extra security measure. We currently only ask these questions with the app which will walk you through each step.
You may be asked to provide photo identification or a verified UK bank account number and sort-code for some of our further checks. This may be requested via our partner company consents.online through open banking.
