On your app there is a wallet icon which will take you to all the payment options we offer.
Direct Debit
After choosing the wallet select ‘Set up Direct Debit’
You'll now need to follow the on-screen prompts within the portal. This will include confirming the bank account you want to make your payments from each month, and your personal details.
Please note you will need to set up your direct debit at least 5 working days before your next bill date for us to attempt to take your payment in time.

Instant Bank Transfer
After choosing the wallet select ‘Instant bank transfer’
If your bill isn't due, enter the amount you'd like to pay early and choose 'Continue'.
Search for you bank name, then choose 'connect with my bank’
Unfortunately, not all banks use this option so you may find that your bank is not listed, if this is the case you will need to select another payment method.
Manual Bank Transfer
After choosing the wallet select ‘Bank Transfer’ you may be prompted that your bill is not due, select ‘Pay now anyway’.
Use the details provided to create a payment in your banking app, make sure you use the unique reference provided.
Important - when making payments by bank transfer it is important you use the correct payment reference so we can allocate your payments to your account.
Your bank transfer will show immediately - you'll receive a notification to let you know this.
