When you view your Frasers Plus account, you’ll see the payment icon below which will take you to all the payment options we offer.

Direct Debit
After selecting the payment icon select ‘Set up Direct Debit’
You'll now need to follow the on-screen prompts. This will include inserting the bank account you want to make your payments from each month, and your personal details.
Please note you will need to set up your direct debit at least 8 working days before your next payment due date for us to attempt to take your payment in time.

Instant Bank Transfer
Note: This payment option is currently only available in the Frasers Plus app.
After selecting the payment icon select ‘Instant bank transfer’.
Enter the amount you'd like to pay and choose 'Continue'.
Search for you bank name and then choose 'connect with my bank’
Unfortunately, not all banks offer this option so you may find that your bank is not listed, if this is the case you will need to select another payment method.
Manual Bank Transfer
After selecting the payment icon select ‘Manual Bank Transfer’. You may be prompted that your bill is not due, select ‘Pay now anyway’.
Use the details provided to create a payment with your bank, make sure you use the unique reference provided or your payment may not apply to your Frasers Plus account.
Important - when making payments by manual bank transfer it is important you use the correct payment reference so we can allocate your payments to your account.
Your bank transfer will show immediately - you'll receive a notification to let you know this.
If you don't see your payment showing, submit a request and we'll take a look.
Over the Phone using Debit or Credit Card
You can make a payment using your credit or debit card over the phone by calling our automated phone line at 0371 3760 040*.
You’ll need to be ready with your date of birth and postcode to help us identify your account. We may also ask for your mobile number that you have registered with your Frasers Plus account if we can’t identify the one you’re calling from. Finally, we’ll need your card details for the payment.
*Calls to 0371 numbers are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'. If your phone tariff offers inclusive calls to landlines, calls to 0371 numbers will also be included in the same way.
Debit or Credit Card on frasersplus.com
After logging in to frasersplus.com, select ‘Make a payment’, then select ‘Pay by card’. This option is currently not available on the app.
Insert your debit or credit card details to make a payment.
Your card payment will show immediately - you'll receive a notification to let you know this.
If you don't see your payment showing, submit a request and we'll take a look.
Other
Please note we don’t accept payments for your Frasers Plus bill sent via online payment platforms such as PayPal.
