When you view your Frasers Plus account, you’ll see the Make a payment button as shown below which will take you to all the payment options we offer.
Select the payment method you prefer for more information:
- Direct Debit
- Instant Bank Transfer
- Manual Bank Transfer
- Over the Phone using Debit or Credit Card
- Debit or Credit Card on frasersplus.com
- Other
Direct Debit
Important - you will need to set up your direct debit at least 8 working days before your next payment due date for us to attempt to take your payment in time.
This payment option is only available in the Frasers Plus app.
After selecting Make a payment, then select Set up Direct Debit.
You'll now need to follow the on-screen prompts. This will include inserting the bank account you want to make your payments from each month, and your personal details.
Your Direct Debit will only take your monthly payment and will not include any overdue payments. To get back up to date with payments you’ll need to pay the overdue payments using one of the other available payment methods.

Instant Bank Transfer
This payment option is only available in the Frasers Plus app.
After selecting Make a payment, then select Instant bank transfer.
Enter the amount you'd like to pay and choose Continue.
Search for your bank name and then choose Continue to Bank.
Unfortunately, not all banks offer this option so you may find that your bank is not listed, if this is the case you'll need to select another payment method.
Manual Bank Transfer
Important - when making payments by manual bank transfer it is important you use the correct payment reference so we can allocate your payments to your account.
This payment option allows you to pay with your bank and doesn’t require you to login to your Frasers Plus account.
Use the details provided to create a payment with your bank, make sure you use the unique reference provided or your payment may not apply to your Frasers Plus account.

- Reference: We'll send you an email when your bill is ready that includes your unique reference. Alternatively your unique reference can be found by selecting the Manual bank transfer in your Frasers Plus Account (as shown in the image below).
Your bank transfer will show on your Frasers Plus account immediately and you'll receive a notification to let you know this.

Over the Phone using Debit or Credit Card
Important - your payment may fail or be declined if the registered card address doesn't match your Frasers Plus account address.
Our Debit or Credit Card payment options are only available on frasersplus.com or over the phone.
You can make a payment using your credit or debit card over the phone by calling our automated phone line at 0371 3760 040*.
You’ll need to be ready with your date of birth and postcode to help us identify your account. We may also ask for your mobile number that you have registered with your Frasers Plus account if we can’t identify the one you’re calling from. Finally, we’ll need your card details for the payment.
*Calls to 0371 numbers are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'. If your phone tariff offers inclusive calls to landlines, calls to 0371 numbers will also be included in the same way.
Debit or Credit Card on frasersplus.com
Important - your payment may fail or be declined if the registered card address doesn't match your Frasers Plus account address.
Our Debit or Credit Card payment options are only available on frasersplus.com or over the phone.
Go to frasersplus.com and select Log in at the top right corner to access your Frasers Plus account in a browser. After logging in, select Make a payment, then select Pay by card.
Enter your debit or credit card details to make a payment.
Your card payment will show on your Frasers Plus account immediately and you'll receive a notification to let you know this.
If you don't see your payment showing, contact us and we'll take a look.
Other
Please note we don’t accept payments for your Frasers Plus account sent via online payment platforms such as PayPal.
